Terms and Conditions

User agreements that govern your use of the Teach 'n Go service.

Please read this agreement ("TAC") carefully.

Teach N Go Ireland ("us", "we", or "our") operates the teachngo.com website (the "Service"). By using or accessing any Service, you (as the "User") agree to the terms of this TAC. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

This TAC is a legal agreement between you and Teach N Go Ireland This TAC governs the Service, and content available through it. It also governs support services (if any) available as part of your subscription. If a separate or supplemental TAC appears when you access any element of the Service, its terms will control as to that element.

Teach N Go Ireland reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While Teach N Go Ireland prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that Teach N Go Ireland cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Terms

  1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

  2. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

  3. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like.

  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Teach N Go Ireland cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

  5. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).

  6. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

  7. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

  1. You must represent a school or a group of schools ("School") in order to qualify for the free trial period.

  2. Your School can fully utilize the free trial period to examine all features of the Service.

  3. If you need more time beyond the free trial period, contact Teach N Go Ireland at sales[at]teachngo[dot]com and tell us why. We reserve the right to refuse or approve the extension request.

  4. After the free trial period has ended, your School may choose to terminate the account or continue on a paying account.

  5. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.

  6. Once your account is converted to a paying account, your free trial period is over. You will be billed for your first month immediately upon conversion.

  7. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. For other reasons not mentioned above, then refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

  8. The available plans which you can upgrade to are calculated based on the number of students enrolled in the Teach N Go management features on the day of the payment. Students whose records have been marked in the system as archived or as deleted do not count towards the student total.

  9. Monthly and yearly bills are payable in full on the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription.

  10. If we do not receive payment on the due date, the system will automatically try to charge the payment method on file 5 days after the due date. If the payment fails again it will try to charge after another 10 days. If the payment fails once again your account will be automatically locked. Users under the account will not be able to log-in until the outstanding payment is received in full. If the full outstanding payment is not received within 30 days after the due date, then your account and all data contained within will be deleted.

  11. During the 7 days it takes to retry the payment, the account will remain accessible as normal.

  12. You can cancel at any time. No further payments are required from you upon account cancellation. The account will remain accessible for any further months which have already been paid.

  13. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Teach N Go Ireland does not accept any liability for such loss.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account, which can be done via email to info[at]teachngo[dot]com.

  2. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

  3. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid subscription, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

  4. Teach N Go Ireland, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Teach N Go Ireland service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Teach N Go Ireland reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. Teach N Go Ireland reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

  2. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly and yearly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Teach N Go Ireland site.

  3. Teach N Go Ireland shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

  2. Teach N Go Ireland does not pre-screen Content, but Teach N Go Ireland and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

  3. The look and feel of the Service is © 2013-2024. Teach N Go Ireland is a registered company with the Companies Registration Office (CRO), Ireland. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Flash pages or visual design elements without express written permission from Teach N Go Ireland

Data Protection

  1. Customer consents to Teach N Go Ireland acting as Data Processor of any Customer Data which is Personal Data. Where acting as Data Processor, Teach N Go Ireland will: (a) process such Personal Data only on Customer’s instructions and only to the extent necessary for the performance of Teach N Go Ireland's obligations pursuant to this Agreement; (b) not disclose such Personal Data to any person except as required by the DP Act, permitted by this Agreement or with Customer’s prior written consent; and (c) implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect such Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
  2. By submitting any Customer Data which is Personal Data to the Service, Customer acts as Data Controller and shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality and reliability of such Personal Data and of the means by which it acquired such Personal Data. Where Teach N Go Ireland processes Personal Data on Customer’s and/or its client’s behalf and in accordance with Customer instructions, Customer undertakes that it shall have all permissions necessary to do so from the Data Controller and/or Data Subject and that Teach N Go Ireland's processing will not be in breach of the DP Act.

General Conditions

  1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  2. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email, or when available, our in-app chat service.

  3. You understand that Teach N Go Ireland uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

  4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Teach N Go Ireland, or any other Teach N Go Ireland service.

  5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Teach N Go Ireland.

  6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.

  7. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Teach N Go Ireland customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

  8. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

  9. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages.

  10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

  11. If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Teach N Go Ireland) of other Teach N Go Ireland customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or throttle your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.

  12. Teach N Go Ireland does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

  13. You expressly understand and agree that Teach N Go Ireland shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Teach N Go Ireland has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

  14. The failure of Teach N Go Ireland to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Teach N Go Ireland and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Teach N Go Ireland (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
